Integrated content and project management
When you first log into your Team Collaboration server you will see what looks like a

standard Web application. The application integrates a content system, task tracking and project management functionality. Browse around and familiarise yourself with the Team Collaboration environment.
Create a wiki page

One of the first things you might like to do is document your business data and projects. To do this Team Collaboration has a built-in wiki that makes it easy to take simple notes or write complex design documents. All content in the wiki is integrated with the ticket tracking system and can be exported to PDF. Wiki pages can be created from scratch or pre-defined templates.
Edit content
Every page in the Team Collaboration wiki can be edited by those authorised to edit them.

Editing a page is done right in the browser, which is what makes collaboration effective. The wiki syntax, or "mark up", is a simple way of defining how content should be dispalyed on the page without requiring any development.
Create a task

To action a new task or job, simply create a ticket in the Team Collaboration server. Use the Web-based form to create a new ticket and it will added to the list of jobs and be visible by other team members. All tickets can be categorised to a project or business unit. Tickets can also be sent to any person's e-mail address.
Integrated search
Retrieving information from the Team Collaboration server is

easy with the built-in search function. A quick search can be performed from the search form on every wiki page, or searches can be narrowed down to different types of content, like tickets or the wiki. Search results are displayed in a structured way in the same Web environment.
Manage roadmaps

Projects often have forward-looking "roadmaps" as a way of planning ahead for new features and key deliverables. Tickets can be designated to project milestones where they will be tracked in the roadmap. A progress bar gives a visual representation of "how much" of a project has been completed at a give milestone.
Online documentation
With extensive documentation integrated into the Team

Collaboration server you'll never be lost for answer about how the application works. If a user has a query a quick look (or search) at the online documentation in the wiki will usually provide a resolution. Of course, Linuxpeak also provides support for all Team Collaboration subscribers.
