Is there a limit to how many users I can add to Team Collaboration?

Is there a limit to how many wiki pages I can create?
No, you can create as many wiki pages as you storage quota permits.
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can create?
No, there are no ticket limits.
Can I get support for wiki pages and templates?
Yes, Team Collaboration subscribers can get paid support for wiki page and template creation and editing.
We use our favourite source code repository, will this work with Team Collaboration?
Ask us. We support Subversion and Git as standard, but if there is enough demand for another source code repository we will happily consider it for you.
We already use Trac for collaboration but are tired of running our own infrastructure, can we migrate to Linuxpeak's Team Collaboration?
Yes. Team Collaboration is based on Trac so talk to us about migrating it to the Cloud.
Our Trac installation includes quite a few third-party modules, am I able to use these module's with Linuxpeak's Team Collaboration?
Talk to us first. We will advise you on which modules we can support and whether the modules can be replaced or consolidated.
How many subscriptions to Team Collaboration will my organisation need?
Most small to medium business should only require one Team Collaboration subscription.
Are there any limits to how Team Collaboration is used?
Team Collaboration is sold on a "per business unit" basis. The only limitation is a practical one - organisations can use any way they like, but global multi-faceted organisations may need more than one subscription for support reasons.
Our organisation is global with many different business units, can we use Team Collaboration for the entire global network?
Team Collaboration is offered as an application for single teams and organisational units. This generally means one subscription per "type of use". For example, a large enterprise with many different business units would generally need to subscribe to one level of Team Collaboration per business unit. This prevents the service (and Linuxpeak's support) from being used inconsistently from different parts of an enterprise, potentially across different time zones.
If I take out multiple subscriptions will the data be consistent?
Yes, Team Collaboration data is standard and will always be consistent no matter how many subscriptions a large organisation has. The data is always available and can be migrated between subscriptions.
Can a large organisation just take one subscription?
Yes, if a large company requires just one Team Collaboration subscription for a software development project, for example, then it can subscribe to only one.
